Dr. Hunjan is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Psychological Association. She earned her Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Windsor, which is fully accredited by both the Canadian Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. She completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship (fully accredited by the American Psychological Association) at Indiana Medical School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Windsor and her Bachelor of Arts with Specialized Honours in Psychology from the University of Guelph.

Her practice includes clinical, counselling, rehabilitation and health psychology. She has worked extensively in the area of trauma (with survivors of sexual and physical assault, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries and disease, and veterans) in a variety of settings in Canada and the United States.  Her philosophy of practice is holistic and client-centered. Following almost five years as a psychologist with St. John's Rehab Hospital's Back on Track Serious Injuries Clinic, Dr. Hunjan has been in full-time private practice for the past fourteen years.
